- What do I do if I miss a dose?
With your first purchase of PetCentrx, you'll receive your free PetCentrx Med-Minder (a $12.95 value) that reminds you twice a day to give your pets the proper nutrition they need. But if you do miss a dose, do not double the next dose or try to make it up, just give your dog or cat its next regular dose.
- How will I be billed for PetCentrx?
You will be charged with our low, monthly installment price every 30 days. Shipping and handling charges will be billed when the product ships. Remember, there is no set-up fee and no minimum number of orders.
- How do I cancel the program?
You can cancel the E-Z Ship program at any time by calling the toll-free number on your invoice. In order to avoid unwanted shipments, please cancel within 3 weeks of receiving your first shipment or 7 weeks of receiving subsequent shipments.
